| She began thinking seriously about a children's clothing business in America when she couldn't find beautiful quality pure cotton baby clothes like those she'd known in Sweden! After watching friends go wild over some soft Swedish cotton knits that they brought back to America, the big idea for their first little catalog was born. Late in 1983, their "best little children's catalog ever" was produced in Sweden in two whirlwind weeks, and the Hanna Andersson headquarters were in their garage! |
